摘　　要：缅甸服装出口业已成为促进国家经济增长的关键力量,对专业服装设计与工艺人才的需求也随之增加。服装产业发展对专业人才供给需求的关系复杂且亟待研究解决。本研究从缅甸服装产业发展的现状入手,以服装设计与工艺专业人才为研究对象,采用量化与质化相结合的研究方法,对缅甸服装产业人才供需现状进行了深入的分析,探究了专业技能、创新能力与市场需求之间的互动关系。Myanmar's apparel export industry has become a key force in promoting national economic growth,with the demand for professional garment design and technology talents also increasing.The relationship between the development of the apparel industry and the supply of professional talents is complex and in urgent need of research and resolution.Starting from the current state of Myanmar's apparel industry development,this study takes the talents in garment design and technology as the research subject,and adopts a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods to conduct an in-depth analysis of the current supply and demand of talents in Myanmar's apparel industry,exploring the interactive relationship between professional skills,innovation ability,and market demand.
