国有地勘企业财务队伍管理探究

摘　　要：2022年,国务院国资委财管运行局发布《加快建设世界一流财务管理体系的指导意见》,提出未来5~15年中央企业财务管理体系建设与优化的奋斗目标。明确“财务管理是企业管理的中心环节,是企业实现基业长青的重要基础和保障”的重要地位,并提出“完善面向未来的财务人才队伍建设体系”的具体要求。以YJ集团为例,分析财务队伍的现状与发展,探索性提出变革措施,旨在引起对财务队伍管理的深刻思考,以期提升财务队伍质量,适应时代进步,契合企业需求的目标。In 2022,the Financial Management Operation Bureau of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council issued the Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of a World-class Financial Management System,which put forward the goal of the construction and optimization of the financial management system of central enterprises in the next 5-15 years.It clarified the important position of“financial management is the central link of enterprise management,and is an important foundation and guarantee for enterprises to achieve long-term development”,and put forward the specific requirements of“improving the future-oriented financial talent team construction system”.Taking YJ Group as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation and development of the financial team,and proposes reform measures in an exploratory way,aiming to arouse profound thinking on the management of the financial team,so as to improve the quality of the financial team,adapt to the progress of The Times,and meet the goals of corporate demand.
