摘 要:钱大昕支持“七出”出妻原则,认为不必拘于从一而终的贞节观;焦循则在《翼钱》上篇借用《周易》的思想反对钱大昕。从理论上看,钱大昕本于礼学而焦循本于易学,钱大昕更加通达而焦循显得迂腐;但从两人的情感生活方面考察,则能发现焦循的观念亦有足够丰富的生活经验作支撑,而非固守教条。因此兼顾理论和生活两个角度,方能完整看待这一争论。Qian Daxin approves the principle of"Qichu",arguing that the chastity concept need not to be held rigidly.Whereas Jiao xun quotes The Book of Changes to oppose Qian Daxin in the first chapter of Yi Qian.In theory,Qian Daxin bases his ideas on the study of etiquette,while Jiao Xun′s notions originate from the study of Yi.It seems that Qian Daxin is more open-minded while Jiao Xun is more pedantic.But from the perspective of their emotional lives,it can be found that Jiao Xun′s ideas are supported by touching life experiences instead of rigid dogma as well.Therefore,only by balancing both theoretical and practical perspectives,can we take a comprehensive view of this dispute.
