摘 要:目的探讨基于自体心理学团体绘画方式对医学生焦虑情绪的干预效果。方法选取武汉某高校60名医学专业大学生,采用随机抽签法分为干预组和对照组,每组30例。干预组进行8次团体绘画活动,每周1次,每次3~4 h,对照组不进行任何干预方式。评定工具为焦虑自评量表(SAS),比较两组干预前(T_(0))、干预后(T_(1))及干预后3个月(T_(2))焦虑评分。结果T_(0)两组焦虑评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在T_(1)、T_(2)两组焦虑评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。时间变量主效应(F=82.795)和组别主效应(F=16.874)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于自体心理学团体绘画方式有助于缓解医学生的焦虑情绪。Objective The present study explored the effects of group drawing therapy based on self-psychology theory on anxiety in medical students.Methods Sixty college students majoring in medicine from a university in Wuhan were selected and divided into an intervention group(n=30)and a control group(n=30)using the random draw method.The intervention group conducted 8 group drawing activities,once a week,for about 3-4 hours each time,and the control group did not conduct any intervention modality.The assessment tool was Self-Assessment Scale of Anxiety(SAS).The anxiety scores of the two groups before(T_(0)),after(T_(1))and 3 months after the intervention(T_(2))were compared.Results There was no significant difference in anxiety scores between the two groups at T_(0)and T_(0)(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in anxiety scores between the two groups at T_(1)and T_(2)(P<0.05).The main effect of time variable(F=82.795)was compared with that of group(F=16.874),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The group drawing therapy based on self-psychology theory can reduce anxiety in medical students.
