水下监控系统在水电站闸门抓梁中的应用

摘  要:抓梁在水下的作业是闸门起落的关键。针对抓梁在运行中存在的问题,介绍了在闸门抓梁控制系统中增加水下监控系统并成功应用,有效降低了抓梁水下作业的风险,提高了闸门操作的安全可靠性;同时建议在相关标准规范中增加水下监控相应的要求,为其他水电站起重设备安全监控系统的优化提供有效的参考。The operation of grabbing beam underwater is the key to the lifting and lowering of the gate.This article provides a detailed introduction to the underwater monitoring system added to the gate grabbing beam control system of a hydropower station,which has been successfully applied,effectively reducing the risk of underwater operation of grabbing beams and improving the reliability of gate operation.Suggest adding corresponding requirements for underwater monitoring in relevant standards and specifications,while providing effective reference for the optimization of safety monitoring systems for lifting equipment in other hydropower stations.
