摘 要:光固化3D打印技术是一种基于光聚合反应区域选择性固化原理的成型技术,在工业生产、医学工程、建筑设计、航天科技等多个领域得到了广泛应用。在口腔医学领域,特别是固定修复方面,光固化3D打印技术凭借着出色的制作效率和成型精度,已成为一项备受瞩目的前沿制造技术。不同种类的光固化技术,如立体光刻技术、数字光处理技术以及选择性区域透光固化技术等,各自具备不同的优势,为固定修复提供了多样化且高效的解决方案。目前,适合光固化3D打印的主要材料是光敏树脂,它是一种由光敏预聚体、反应性单体、光引发剂和其他添加剂组成的复合混合物。本文对光固化3D打印技术的分类和优缺点、光敏树脂材料的组成和分类及其在固定修复中的应用及挑战进行综述,以期为临床应用提供一定的参考。Photo-curing 3D printing technique is a molding technology based on the principle of selective curing in light polymerization reaction area,which is widely used in multiple fields such as industrial production,biomedicine,architectural design,aerospace technology.In the field of dentistry,especially in fixed denture restoration,photo-curing 3D printing technology has become an advanced manufacturing technology that has attracted a lot of attention due to its excellent production efficiency and molding precision.Different types of photocuring technologies,such as stereolithography,digital light processing,and liquid crystal display,each with different characteristics and advantages,provide diversified and efficient solutions for fixed denture prosthetics.Currently,the main material suitable for light-cured 3D printing is photosensitive resin,which is a composite mixture of photosensitive prepolymer,reactive monomer,photo-initiator and other additives.This article reviews the classification,advantages and disadvantages of photo-curing 3D printing technology,the composition and classification of photosensitive resin materials,their applications and challenges in fixed prostheses.
