摘 要:针对医用制氧机在流量控制过程中出现气路堵塞情况时,步进电机持续向同一个方向转动导致步进电机卡死的问题,对流量监测及控制过程进行数据分析,并设计了一种基于流量变化速率的PID流量控制算法。该算法可根据制氧机流量变化速率对PID控制作用进行动态修正。结果表明,基于流量变化速率的PID控制算法的控制系统不仅能实现流量连续精确控制,还具有响应速度快、超调量小的优势,稳态误差在±0.1 L/min以内。A data analysis was conducted on the flow monitoring and control process of a medical oxygen concentrator,and a PID flow control algorithm based on the rate of flow change was designed to address the problem of the stepper motor getting stuck due to continuous rotation in the same direction during flow control.This algorithm can dynamically adjust the PID control effect based on the rate of flow change of the oxygen concentrator.The results show that the control system based on the PID control algorithm of flow rate change rate can not only achieve continuous and accurate flow control,but also has the advantages of fast response speed and small overshoot,with steady-state error within±0.1 L/min.
