血液MCV、sTfR在轻型地中海贫血患儿中表达意义及其疾病诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨血液MCV、sTfR在轻型地中海贫血患儿中表达意义及其疾病诊断价值分析。方法:选取我院2019.3-2024.3收治的88例地中海贫血患儿,分为观察组,另选取同期来我院体检的88名健康儿童作为对照组。对比两组儿童血液MCV、sTfR表达水平,分析相关性、影响因素及诊断价值。结果:观察组MCV低于对照组,sTfR高于对照组(P<0.05);不同Hb、铁蛋白、转铁蛋白饱和度患儿血液MCV对比差异显著,不同Hb、铁蛋白、转铁蛋白饱和度、总铁结合力患儿血清s Tf R对比差异显著(P<0.05);结果显示,MCV、sTfR为地中海贫血发生的独立影响因素(P<0.05);两者联合的曲线下面积为0.682,灵敏度、特异度为78.78%、89.37%明显高于单一指标。结论:地中海贫血患儿与健康儿童血液MCV、sTfR水平差异明显,且MCV、sTfR与地中海贫血临床特征密切相关,同时也是地中海贫血发生的独立影响因素,通过检测血液MCV、sTfR表达水平可为诊断提供重要参考。Objective:To explore the expression significance and diagnostic value of blood MCV and sTfR in children with mild thalassemia.Methods:88 thalassemia children treated in 2019.3-2024.3 in our hospital were divided into observation group,and 88 healthy children who came to our hospital for physical examination in the same period were selected as the control group.Comparing the blood MCV and sTfR expression levels in the two groups,the correlation,influencing factors and diagnostic value were analyzed.Results:MCV was lower than the control group,and sTfR was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the MCV in children with different Hb,ferritin and transferrin saturation was significantly different(P<0.05);the results showed that MCV and sTfR were independent influencing factors(P<0.05);the area under the curve was 0.682,the sensitivity and specificity were 78.78%and 89.37%were significantly higher than the single index.Conclusion:The blood levels of MCV and sTfR are significantly different between thalassemia children and healthy children,and MCV and sTfR are closely related to the clinical characteristics of thalassemia,which are also independent influencing factors for the occurrence of thalassemia.The expression levels of blood MCV and sTfR can provide an important reference for their diagnosis.
