区域优秀传统文化服务基层社会治理机制研究——以岭南文化为例

摘　　要：区域优秀传统文化是中华优秀传统文化不可或缺的重要组成部分。岭南文化不但影响着广东社会风气的形成,而且也是广东“敢闯敢试、敢为人先”的改革精神的重要内核。在国家治理理论的视域下,岭南文化作用基层社会治理的效能发挥,囿于在逻辑理路、内核重构与社会实践等维度尚存认知壁垒。岭南文化体系建构的内在特性、发展导向和现实探索效能与现代治理目标相耦合,是其服务于基层社会治理的理论基础。要实现岭南文化服务、赋能基层社会治理的愿景,就要始终坚定岭南文化理论发展的向心力、发挥其对治理成效的支持力和深化技术治理的实践影响力,使之在返本开新与革故鼎新中持续发挥对广东基层社会治理的支持效能。Lingnan culture not only influences the formation of social atmosphere in Guangdong, but is an important core of the reform spirit of“daring to try and be the first”in Guangdong. From the perspective of national governance theory, the effectiveness of Lingnan culture in grassroots social governance is limited by the remaining cognitive barriers in logic, core reconstruction and social practice. The inner characteristics, development orientation and practical exploration effectiveness of Lingnan culture system construction are coupled with modern governance goals, which forms the theoretical basis for its role in grassroots social governance. To realize the vision of Lingnan culture serving and empowering grassroots social governance, it is necessary to always strengthen the cohesive force of theoretical development of Lingnan culture, exert its supporting force for governance effect and deepen its practical influence of technological governance, so that it can continue to exert its supporting effect for grassroots social governance in Guangdong in the process of returning to the original, opening up and reforming.
