摘　　要：目的:分析经肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)联合槐耳颗粒用于原发性肝癌根治性术后预防复发/转移的临床效果及安全性。方法:选取原发性肝癌根治术后具有高危复发因素的患者作为研究对象,随机分成2组。试验组(27例)采用TACE联合槐耳颗粒治疗,对照组(27例)采用TACE单独治疗,对比两组患者肿瘤的复发、转移情况以及治疗的安全性与不良反应。结果:试验组患者在治疗后的肝功能改善方面,显著优于对照组患者;肿瘤标志物的下降方面,试验组患者下降幅度较对照组患者相比具有明显的统计学差异;在肿瘤复发、转移和死亡病例数方面,试验组有着显著的统计学优势。结论:在原发性肝癌根治术后具有高危复发因素的患者中,使用TACE联合槐耳颗粒治疗,可有效降低肿瘤的复发与转移,并兼具良好的安全性。Objective:To analyze the efficacy and safety of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)combined with Huaier granules in postoperative therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods:Patients with high risks of recurrence after radical resection of hepatocellular carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group(25 cases)was treated with TACE and Huaier granules,while the control group(27 cases)was treated with monotherapy of TACE.The rate of recurrence or metastasis and the improvement of liver function and tumor markers of the two groups were compared.Results:The experimental group had significantly better liver function improvement than the control group.In terms of the decrease of tumor markers,the experimental group had a significant statistical difference compared with the control group,and the experimental group had a significant statistical advantage in the control of tumor recurrence,metastasis,and death cases.Conclusion:For patients with high risks of recurrence after radical resection of hepatocellular carcinoma,TACE combined with Huaier granule can effectively inhibit the recurrence and metastasis with excellent safety.
