摘  要:汽车供应链决策研究对于指导企业在应对全球气候变化、实现碳减排目标的同时,优化资源配置、提高市场竞争力和促进可持续发展具有重要意义.文章研究了在碳配额交易政策背景下,考虑“以旧换再”策略的汽车供应链决策与协调问题,主要关注了在碳配额交易政策的推动下,企业如何通过“以旧换再”的策略来实现绿色发展,并分析了这一策略对汽车供应链中各参与方决策的影响以及分散决策下制造商与4S店的利润协调.结果发现,在碳配额交易政策的影响下,新车和再制造汽车的价格会上升,特别是新车价格受此政策影响更大.同时,随着碳交易价格的增加,消费者对新车的需求会降低,而对环保的再制造汽车的需求会增加.结果还显示,不同的决策模式(联合决策与分散决策)会对供应链各方的利润产生不同的影响,且存在一个利润阈值,分散决策下供应链各方需要考虑如何协调利润以实现可持续发展.Research on automotive supply chain decision-making is of great significance for guiding enterprises in optimizing resource allocation,enhancing market competitiveness,and promoting sustainable development in response to global climate change and carbon emis-sion reduction goals.This paper studies the decision-making and coordination problem of automobile supply chain considering the"trade-in"strategy under the background of carbon quota trading policy.It primarily investigates how enterprises can achieve green development through the"trade-in"strategy,facilitated by the carbon quota trading framework.Addi-tionally,the paper analyzes the impact of this strategy on the decision-making processes of all stakeholders in the automotive supply chain,as well as the profit coordination between manu-facturers and 4S shops under decentralized decision-making conditions.Results show that the prices of new and remanufactured cars will increase due to the carbon quota trading policy,with new car prices being particularly susceptible to policy changes.Concurrently,as carbon trading prices rise,consumer demand for new cars will decrease,while demand for environmen-tally friendly remanufactured cars will increase.Furthermore,results also demonstrate that different decision-making modes(joint decision-making and decentralized decision-making)exert varying effects on the profits of all parties in the supply chain and there is a profit threshold,and all parties in the supply chain need to consider how to coordinate profits to achieve sustainable development under decentralized decision-making.
