摘  要:人才培养方案是学校组织和实施教学工作的依据,课程设置是实现培养目标和培养规格的中心环节。本文以呼伦贝尔学院化学(师范)专业为例,围绕专业培养目标,对标师范专业认证标准、本科专业类教学质量国家标准和教师教育课程标准的规范和要求,阐述了化学(师范)专业人才培养方案修订的几个关键问题,探索基于OBE理念的课程设置,优化了课程体系,使2021版人才培养方案课程设置更加体现理论与实践相结合、师范性、化学专业特色以及创新性等方面的培养特色,为学生能够成长为具备扎实化学专业基础、良好教育教学能力和创新精神的高素质中学化学教师奠定坚实基础,为进一步完善化学(师范)专业人才培养方案提供参考。A talent training program is a basis for schools to organize and implement their teaching work,and the curriculum setting is the central link to achieving the training objectives and specifications.Taking the chemistry-teaching majors of Hulunbuir university as an example,this paper focuses on the professional training objectives,the standards and requirements of the standard teacher professional certification standards,the national standards for undergraduate professional teaching quality,and the teacher education curriculum standards.This paper expounds on several key issues in the revision of the chemistry-teaching majors talent training program explores the curriculum based on the OBE concept,optimizes the curriculum system,and makes the 2021 version of the talent training program curriculum more reflect the combination of theory and practice,normality,chemistry professional characteristics,and innovation.It lays a solid foundation for students to grow in high-quality middle school as chemistry teachers with a solid chemistry professional foundation,good education and teaching ability and innovative spirit,and provides a reference for further improving the training program of chemistry-teaching majors.
