摘 要:文旅融合是中国“十四五”规划和2035年远景目标的发展要求,提升文旅融合的效率,加快文旅融合的步伐,是中国新时代文旅产业发展的必然趋势。与文化产业、文旅产业具有直接或间接关系的相关专业学者都在思考如何从理论与实践的角度,将自身研究与文旅融合进行有效的逻辑嫁接。艺术管理以横跨艺术学、管理学、社会学等不同专业的身份,以及自身强大的跨界、交叉、融合特性,涉足文化、经济等不同领域,成为助推文旅融合发展的发动机。艺术管理美学是艺术管理基础理论研究的重要组成部分,可作为艺术管理与文旅融合逻辑关系的观照视角,从美学维度的顶层设计、审美维度的中层架构、美育维度的底层执行予以剖析。首先,通过赋予美学文化、构建美学意识和纳入美学体系,将文旅融合与艺术管理融为一体,共同构建以人为核心的审美体验。其次,通过培养、留住和激发文旅产业供给端的审美主体,打造科技与艺术融合的审美场景,以及设计内容艺术化和形式审美化的文旅产品,提升文旅融合的审美价值。再次,通过树立“以美育引领文旅,以文旅成就美育”的理念,挖掘自然美育资源、社会美育资源和艺术美育资源,以及打造文旅美育实践教学基地和理论研究基地,实现文旅融合的美育价值。The integration of culture and tourism is the development requirement of China's 14th Five-Year Plan and 2035 Vision,and it is an inevitable trend for the development of China's culture and tourism industry in the new era to enhance the efficiency of the integration of culture and tourism and accelerate the pace of the integration of culture and tourism.Scholars of disciplines and specialties that have direct or indirect relationship with cultural industry and cultural tourism industry are thinking about how to effectively and logically graft their own research with cultural tourism integration from the perspective of theory and practice.Art management has become an engine to promote the development of cultural and tourism integration with its identity spanning different specialties such as art,management and sociology,as well as its own strong cross-border,cross-over and fusion characteristics,and its involvement in different fields such as culture and economy.The aesthetics of art management is an important part of the basic theoretical research of art management,which can be used as a perspective of the logical relationship between art management and cultural and tourism integration,and analyzed in terms of the top-level design of the aesthetics dimension,the middle-level structure of the aesthetics dimension,and the bottom-level implementation of the aesthetics dimension,so as to lay the theoretical and practical foundation for the development of the two in a mutually complementary way.
