摘  要:通过在单组分聚氨酯防水涂料体系中添加不同类型的流变助剂,制备出抗流挂型聚氨酯防水涂料。研究了不同流变助剂对单组分聚氨酯防水涂料抗流挂性的影响。结果表明,在单组分聚氨酯防水涂料体系中,气相二氧化硅对抗流挂性贡献较小;有机膨润土容易造成体系黏度过大,施工困难;聚酰胺蜡和改性脲溶液对单组分聚氨酯防水涂料的抗流挂性具有较好的作用。Anti-sagging polyurethane waterproofing coating is prepared by adding different types of rheological agents to a single component polyurethane waterproofing coating system.The effect of different rheological agents on anti-sagging performance of single component polyurethane waterproofing coatings is studied.The results indicate that in the single component polyurethane waterproofing coating system,the contribution of fumed silica to anti-sagging is relatively small;organic bentonite can easily cause excessive viscosity in the system,making construction difficult;polyamide wax and modified urea solution have a good effect on anti-sagging performance of single component polyurethane waterproofing coating.
