摘  要:研究生专业认同感是影响研究生满意度的重要因素,但目前关于高等农林院校专业硕士研究生专业认同感与满意度之间关系的研究较少。基于西北农林科技大学426份调研问卷,将专业硕士研究生专业认同感划分为专业认知认同感、专业情感认同感和专业行为认同感三个维度,在对专业硕士研究生专业认同感和满意度分析的基础上,采用多元线性回归方法,探讨专业认同感的各维度与专业硕士研究生满意度之间的关系,研究表明:专业认同感对研究生满意度有显著影响,专业认同感三个维度对于研究生满意度影响的重要程度从高到低依次为专业认知认同感、专业情感认同感、专业行为认同感。基于以上研究结论,从优化课程体系建设,关注导师正向作用,建设效果导向和“实践—学习”协同培养模式角度提出提升专业硕士研究生专业认同感和满意度的建议。The professional identity of graduate students is an important factor affecting the satisfaction of graduate students,but there are few studies on the relationship between professional identity and satisfaction of professional master students.Based on 426 survey questionnaires from Northwest A&F University,the professional identity of professional master students with project system is divided into three dimensions:professional cognitive identity,professional emotional identity and professional behavioral identity.Based on the analysis of professional identity and satisfaction of professional master students with project system,the multiple linear regression method is used to explore the relationship between each dimension of professional identity and satisfaction of professional master students.The following conclusions are drawn:professional identity has a significant impact on graduate satisfaction,and the three dimensions of professional identity have a descending importance on graduate satisfaction:professional cognitive identity,professional emotional identity and professional behavioral identity.Based on the above research conclusions,suggestions are put forward to improve the professional identity and satisfaction of professional master students with project system from the perspectives of optimizing the construction of curriculum system,focusing on the positive role of mentors,and building effect-oriented and“practice-learning”collaborative training mode.
