摘　　要：文章针对企业设备物资管理中存在的问题,如制度缺陷、资源浪费、成本过高和管理人员培养不足等,提出了一系列优化策略。通过优化设备管理制度、促进集采集租、加强专业人才培训,实现科学化、精细化、标准化和规范化管理,强化了成本控制,提升了设备物资人员的综合素质和专业能力,提高设备物资管理的前瞻性和效率。这些策略旨在解决当前设备物资管理中的难题,提高设备物资管理的水平和企业的核心竞争力,为企业的长期发展和行业的高质量发展提供支持。The article puts forward a series of optimization strategies for the problems existing in the management of equipment and materials in enterprises,such as system defects,resource waste,high cost and insufficient training of management personnel.By optimizing the equipment management system,promoting the collection and leasing of collection,and strengthening the training of professionals,scientific,refined,standardized and regulated management is achieved,cost control is strengthened,the comprehensive quality and professional ability of equipment and material personnel are enhanced,and the foresight and efficiency of equipment and material management are improved.These strategies are aimed at solving the current problems in equipment and material management,improving the level of equipment and material management and the core competitiveness of the enterprise,and providing support for the long-term development of the enterprise and the high-quality development of the industry.
