摘  要:数字时代,职业教育领域名誉侵权面临挑战。侵权问题的侵权方式多元性以及对职业教育的歧视化认知等特征,导致侵权认定难度加大。为有效应对,需明确侵权责任的认定基础、标准和原则,并强化名誉权保护意识、建立预警机制、加强自媒体伦理规范、发挥数字技术的优势、推行网络实名制、完善相关法律法规。这些措施共同发力,旨在推动职业教育在法治轨道上稳健前行。In the digital age,reputation infringement in the field of vocational education is facing challenges.The diversity of infringement methods and the discriminatory cognition of vocational education lead to the difficulty of infringement identification.In order to respond effectively,it is necessary to clarify the basis,standards and principles for the determination of tort liability,and strengthen the awareness of reputation protection,establish an early warning mechanism,strengthen the ethical norms of self-media,give full play to the advantages of digital technology,implement the network real-name system,and improve relevant laws and regulations.These measures work together to promote the steady progress of vocational education on the track of the rule of law.
