摘  要:本文针对氨压机在日常运行中油压波动的问题,探讨了其成因及有效的应对措施。油系统的稳定运行对机组的安全至关重要,因此,深入理解油压波动的根源并制定相应的处理策略显得尤为重要。文中首先简述了氨压机油系统的基本流程和控制指标,然后详细分析了油压波动的现状及其原因,包括泵本身问题、油泵入口滤网堵塞、油质问题、油系统漏点、环境温差及冷却器问题以及调节阀故障等。针对这些原因,本文提出了具体的处置过程和预防措施,并通过案例分析验证了这些措施的有效性。最后,本文总结了研究成果,并对未来研究方向提出建议。This article discusses the causes and effective countermeasures of oil pressure fluctuations in ammonia compressors during daily operation.The stable operation of the oil system is crucial for the safety of the unit,therefore,it is particularly important to have a deep understanding of the root causes of oil pressure fluctuations and develop corresponding treatment strategies.The article first briefly describes the basic process and control indicators of the ammonia compressor oil system,and then analyzes in detail the current situation and causes of oil pressure fluctuations,including problems with the pump itself,clogged inlet filter screens of the oil pump,oil quality issues,oil system leaks,environmental temperature differences and cooler problems,as well as regulating valve failures.In response to these reasons,this article proposes specific disposal processes and preventive measures,and verifies the effectiveness of these measures through case analysis.Finally,this article summarizes the research findings and provides recommendations for future research directions.
