摘　　要：爱尔兰图斯拉养育支持战略通过构造针对性的养育支持模式、健全一体化服务体系、对家长进行多途径育儿知识的传播与支持形式,旨在减轻家庭负担,为父母提供多元化、针对性的养育支持。该养育支持战略为我们提供了以下经验启示:追求政策设计与实施的系统性;实现多方资源整合与高效利用;提供家庭需求导向的个性化服务;以支持为主,尊重家长的经验;强调预防,构建早期干预体系。The Tusla Parenting Support Strategy in Ireland aims to reduce family burdens and provide parents with diversified and targeted parenting support by constructing a targeted parenting support model,improving an integrated service system,and disseminating parenting knowledge to parents through multiple channels and support forms.This parenting support strategy provides us with the following experiential insights:pursuing systematic policy design and implementation;Realize the integration and efficient utilization of multiple resources;Provide personalized services guided by family needs;Prioritize support and respect parents’experiences;Emphasize prevention and establish an early intervention system.
