艾司西酞普兰联合天王补心丹合四物汤治疗产后抑郁症的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨艾司西酞普兰联合天王补心丹合四物汤治疗产后抑郁症的临床效果。方法选取滕州市精神卫生中心2020年2月至2022年4月收治的64例产后抑郁症患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为两组,参照组(n=32)施以艾司西酞普兰治疗,研究组(n=32)在参照组基础上施以天王补心丹合四物汤治疗。对比两组治疗总有效率、不良反应(头痛、乏力、胃肠道反应、皮疹)总发生率、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、社会功能评分以及认知功能评分。结果研究组不良反应总发生率与参照组比较无差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组总有效率、社会功能评分以及认知功能评分均高于参照组,HAMD评分低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论产后抑郁症患者采用艾司西酞普兰联合天王补心丹合四物汤治疗,可提升治疗效果,改善社会功能以及认知功能,促进患者良好预后。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Escitalopram combined with Tianwang Buxin Dan and Siwu Decoction in the treatment of postpartum depression.Methods A total of 64 patients with postpartum depression from February 2020 to April 2022 in Tengzhou Mental Health Center were selected as the study objects.The random number table method was used to divide all patients into two groups.The reference group(n=32)was treated with Escitalopram,and the study group(n=32)was treated with Tianwang Buxin Dan and Siwu Decoction on the basis of reference group.The total effective rate,total incidence of adverse reactions(headache,fatigue,gastrointestinal reactions,exanthem),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score,social function score,and cognitive function score were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was not statistically different from that in the reference group(P>0.05).The total effective rate,social function score,and cognitive function score after treatment in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and HAMD score was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Escitalopram combined with Tianwang Buxin Dan and Siwu Decoction in the treatment of patients with postpartum depression can enhance the therapeutic efficacy,improve the social function as well as cognitive function,and promote good prognosis of the patients.
