摘　　要：胶质瘤是中枢神经系统常见的恶性肿瘤,其标准化治疗方案包括手术切除肿瘤组织及同步放化疗。由于其发病机制尚不清楚,且瘤细胞多呈浸润性生长,致使目前胶质瘤仍难以被彻底清除,仍存在预后差、复发率高、患者生存期短等问题。因此,寻找新的分子标志物和治疗靶点对于胶质瘤的治疗至关重要。突触囊泡蛋白2B(SV2B)作为一种具有重要生物学功能的蛋白质,其作为潜在的分子生物标志物在肿瘤早期诊断、病情监测和预后评估方面的应用潜力备受关注。文章重点关注SV2B的生物学特性、功能及其在胶质瘤早期诊断和预后评估方面的可能性,以期为胶质瘤的诊治提供新的思路。Glioma is a common malignant tumor in the central nervous system,its standard treatments include surgical resection of tumor tissues and simultaneous chemoradiotherapy.However,due to its unclear pathogenesis and the fact that tumor cells are mostly invasive,glioma is still difficult to be completely removed,and there are still problems such as poor prognosis,high recurrence rate and short survival time of patients.Therefore,finding new molecular markers and therapeutic targets is crucial for the treatment of glioma.Synaptic vesicle glycoprotein 2B(SV2B),as a protein with important biological functions,has attracted much attention for its potential application as a potential molecular biomarker in early diagnosis,disease monitoring and prognosis evaluation of tumors.This article focuses on the biological characteristics,functions and possibilities of SV2B in early diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of glioma,in order to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of glioma.
