摘  要:为了提升光学薄膜的粘接应用效果,研究了溶胶-凝胶光学薄膜制备及界面粘接性能。使用溶胶-凝胶法以二水合乙酸锌为原料制备ZnO光学薄膜,制备薄膜时分别选取玻璃衬底、二氧化硅衬底、Al_(2)O_(3)衬底,从粘接强度与拉伸强度验证使用何种衬底能够获得理想界面粘接性能。为提升薄膜效果,添加质量分数分别为0.4%0.8%1.2%和1.6%的钛酸丁酯,并验证钛酸丁酯和处理温度对薄膜粘接性能影响。试验结果表明,Al_(2)O_(3)衬底使用后光学薄膜剥离强度更高,需要更大的拉伸力才能拉断界面粘接薄膜。高于50℃的高温处理会降低光学薄膜的界面粘接性能,使用1.2%质量分数的钛酸丁酯,能够获得剥离强度和拉伸强度更高的光学薄膜,界面粘接性能更加理想。In order to improve the bonding effect of optical films,the preparation and interfacial bonding properties of sol-gel optical films are studied.The ZnO optical films are prepared with zinc acetate dihydrate as raw material by sol-gel method.The glass substrate,silicon dioxide substrate and Al_(2)O_(3) substrate are selected respectively when preparing the films.Through the adhesive strength and tensile strength,it is verified which substrate could obtain the ideal interface bonding performance;To improve the film effect,the butyl titanate with mass fractions of 0.4%,0.8%,1.2%,and 1.6%are added respectively,and the effects of butyl titanate and treatment temperature on the film adhesion performance are verified.The experimental results show that the peel strength of optical film is higher after using Al_(2)O_(3) substrate,and greater tensile force is required to break the interface adhesive film.High temperature treatment(above 50℃)can reduce the interfacial adhesion performance of optical films.Using butyl titanate with a mass fraction of 1.2%can obtain the optical films with higher peel strength and tensile strength,resulting in more ideal interfacial adhesion performance.
