摘 要:井筒温度场是评估天然气井服役安全的重要参数,其变化直接影响井筒的完整性,由于天然气井生产过程伴随复杂的温度变化,使其全井筒温度场演化分析难以获得精确的数值模拟结果。基于天然气井的数字孪生模型,建立了井筒内流体与时变非稳态地层的传热模型,以及井筒内流体温度场的径向传递模型,进而提出了一种井下监测与数值模拟多源数据的融合方法,建立了井下任意数量与位置测点的温度采集数据与温度数值计算的耦合求解模型,实现了在有限监测数据的条件下,全井筒高精度温度场演化分析。多源数据融合方法有效提高了全井筒温度场预测的精度,为有限数据条件下的井筒完整性评估提供了可靠的分析方法,并为天然气井的高效、安全运行提供了技术支持。The wellbore temperature field is an important parameter for assessing the service safety of natural gas wells,and its variation directly affects the integrity of the wellbore.Since the production process of natural gas wells is accompanied by complex temperature variations,it is difficult to obtain accurate numerical simulation results for the analysis of the evolution of the full wellbore temperature field.Based on the digital twin model of natural gas wells,the heat transfer model of the fluid in the wellbore and the time-varying unsteady stratum and the radial transfer model of the fluid temperature field in the wellbore are established,and then a fusion method of multi-source data from downhole monitoring and numerical simulation is proposed,which establishes a coupled solution model of temperature collection data and numerical calculation of temperature for an arbitrary number and location of measurement points downhole and achieves high accuracy of the whole wellbore temperature field under the condition of limited monitoring data.Under the condition of limited monitoring data,high-precision temperature field evolution analysis of the whole wellbore is achieved.The multi-source data fusion method effectively improves the accuracy of the temperature field prediction of the whole wellbore,provides a reliable analysis method for wellbore integrity assessment under the condition of limited data,and provides technical support for the efficient and safe operation of natural gas wells.
