摘  要:文章探讨了绩效期望落差对企业创新的影响,结合企业行为理论和“威胁—刚性”理论构建理论框架。研究发现,绩效期望落差在企业创新过程中扮演复杂角色,既可能抑制又可能促进创新。较大的绩效期望落差可能导致企业采取保守策略,避免风险,从而抑制创新;适度的绩效期望落差可激发企业寻求新的解决方案,促进创新。文章还探讨了绩效期望落差与企业创新之间可能存在的倒U型关系,指出适中的绩效期望落差对企业创新具有最大的促进作用。基于这一理论分析,文章提出了一系列促进企业创新的管理策略,旨在帮助企业通过合理管理绩效期望落差,有效激发创新潜能。This paper explores the impact of performance expectation gap on enterprise innovation,and constructs a theoretical framework based on enterprise behavior theory and the"threat rigidity"theory.Research has found that performance expectation gaps play a complex role in the innovation process of enterprises,which can both inhibit and promote innovation.On the one hand,a large gap in performance expectations may lead companies to adopt conservative strategies,avoid risks,and thus inhibit innovation;on the other hand,a moderate performance expectation gap can stimulate companies to seek new solutions and promote innovation.This paper explores the possible inverted U-shaped relationship between performance expectation gap and enterprise innovation,pointing out that a moderate performance expectation gap has the greatest promoting effect on enterprise innovation.Based on this theoretical analysis,this paper proposes a series of management strategies to promote enterprise innovation,aiming to help enterprises effectively stimulate innovation potential through reasonable management of performance expectation gaps.
