摘　　要：在全球化时代,德国高度重视高校STEM教育国际化战略,以应对德国社会STEM人才短缺困境。该战略聚焦“引进来”与“走出去”,一方面通过提升国际声誉和吸引力、优化入学与本土融入措施及设立奖学金吸引国外学生赴德学习STEM教育,推动国际STEM学生数量稳步增长;另一方面德国积极促进本国STEM学生国际化,扩大跨国学习机会和推动在地国际化,提升STEM学生全球竞争力,以此促进德国教育、科技与人才一体化发展。In the context of globalization,the internationalization strategy of STEM education at German universities is aiming to address the shortage of STEM talents.This strategy focuses on two aspects including"bringing in"and"going out".On the one hand,it attracts international students to study STEM education in Germany by enhancing international reputation and attractiveness of German higher Education,optimizing admission and local integration measures,and setting up scholarships,thus promoting the steady growth of the number of international students.On the other hand,it actively promotes the internationalization of domestic STEM students,including expanding cross-border learning opportunities and promoting"internationalization at home".It's expected to improve the global competitiveness of STEM students and enhance the integration of education,science,technology and talents in Germany.
