摘　　要：柴油机缸盖振动信号中含有丰富的、与工作状态相关的信息,是进行状态监测和故障诊断的有效手段之一。但是采集的信号中往往伴随着较强的噪声信息。柴油机采用恒定运行工况,转速为2000r/min,扭矩为200N·m,分别在72.6、92.6和112.6 MPa的喷射压力下,利用完备总体经验模态分解(CEEMD)与相关性方法相结合的方法对缸盖振动信号进行降噪,对降噪信号进行重构,采用希尔伯特包络谱和功率谱密度(PSD)方法对重构振动信号进行分析。根据希尔伯特包络谱确定了重构信号的主特征频率,该主频率与PSD的特征频率保持一致,主要集中在(1500~2500)Hz之间,同时PSD值在喷射压力为92.6MPa时得到最小值。此外,提取并分析了三种喷射压力下重构信号的时域和频域特征值,在喷射压力为92.6MPa时加速度的均方根值(RMS)和最大值分别为11.24m/s^(2)和46.9m/s^(2)。随着喷射压力的增加,均方频率和重心频率增大,高频能量比例增加。The diesel engine cylinder head vibration signal contains abundant information related to the working status,which is one of the effective means for condition monitoring and fault diagnosis.However,the collected signals are often accompanied by strong noise information.The diesel engine adopts constant operating conditions,the speed is 2000r/min,the torque is 200N·m,and the injection pressures are 72.6,92.6and 112.6MPa,respectively,using a combination of complete total empirical mode de⁃composition(CEEMD)and correlation methods The method denoises the vibration signal of the cylinder head and reconstructs the denoising signal.The Hilbert envelope spectrum and power spectral density(PSD)method are used to analyze the reconstruct⁃ed vibration signal.According to the Hilbert envelope spectrum,the main characteristic frequency of the reconstructed signal is de⁃termined.The main frequency is consistent with the characteristic frequency of the PSD,and is mainly concentrated between(1500~2500)Hz.At the same time,the PSD value is the smallest when the injection pressure is 92.6MPa value.In addition,the time-domain and frequency-domain eigenvalues of the reconstructed signal under three injection pressures are extracted and ana⁃lyzed.The root mean square(RMS)and maximum values of the acceleration at the injection pressure of 92.6MPa are 11.24m/s^(2)and 46.9m/s^(2),respectively.As the injection pressure increases,the mean square frequency and the center of gravity frequency increase,and the proportion of high-frequency energy increases.
