摘 要:为探究列车过桥时在非定常气动荷载作用下的走行安全平稳性问题,这里利用多体动力学分析软件SIMPACK及有限元分析软件ANSYS搭建了列车-轨道-桥梁耦合振动分析模型,并由ICEM与CFX计算了车桥气动系数,并转化非定常气动载荷输入车桥系统计算风车桥耦合振动响应;对比分析无风/定常风/非定常风工况下桥上列车的走行安全与平稳性,研究不同列车车速、不同平均风速对列车过桥的影响。研究结果表明:车辆过桥车速为(200~350)km/h,无风工况下平稳性及安全性指标均满足要求且小于有风工况;当平均风速为15m/s时,考虑非定常风荷载可使桥上列车走行安全平稳性评估偏于保守与安全。这里计算条件下,为保证列车通过桥梁时的走行安全及平稳性,当风速达15m/s,车辆限速305km/h;风速达18m/s,车辆限速300km/h;当风速达25m/s,车辆限速290km/h;当风速达29m/s,车辆限速200km/h;当风速大于29m/s,交通封闭,桥上禁行。Running safety and running stability of the train crossing the bridge under unsteady wind load is analyzed in this pa⁃per.The multi-body dynamics analysis software-SIMPACK and finite element analysis software-ANSYS are used to build the train-track-bridge coupling model.The aerodynamic coefficients of the vehicle and bridge were calculated by ICEM and CFX,and the unsteady aerodynamic load was input into the vehicle and bridge system to calculate the coupling vibration response of the wind-train-bridge.The safety and stability of the train on the bridge under the condition of no wind/steady wind/unsteady wind are compared and analyzed.The influence of different train speeds and average wind speeds on the train crossing the bridge is studied.The results show that the speed of the train crossing the bridge is(200~350)km/h,and both the stability and safety in⁃dexes in the windless condition meet the requirements and are less than that in the windless condition.When the average wind speed is 15m/s,considering the unsteady wind load,the evaluation of the safety stability of the train running on the bridge is con⁃servative and safe.Under the calculation conditions in this paper,in order to ensure the safety and stability of the train when pass⁃ing the bridge.When the wind speed reaches 15m/s,the speed limit of the vehicle is 305km/h.Wind speed reaches 18m/s,vehicle speed limit 300km/h.When the wind speed reaches 25m/s,the vehicle speed limit is 290km/h.When the wind speed reaches 29m/s and the speed limit of the vehicle is 200km/h.When the wind speed is greater than 29m/s,the traffic is closed and the bridge is closed.
