颊针疗法对晚期癌痛患者疼痛控制及预后的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨颊针疗法在缓解晚期癌症患者疼痛症状及改善其预后方面的应用效果。方法 选取82例晚期癌痛患者,随机数字法分为观察组和对照组各41例。两组均按照既往化疗方案治疗,对照组在此基础上给予患者口服盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗,观察组在对照组方案上增加颊针疗法干预。比较两组治疗一个月后的疼痛发作次数、持续时间及视觉模拟评分(VAS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分以及不良预后发生情况。结果 两组患者疼痛发作次数与持续时间、VAS评分、SAS评分、SDS评分较治疗前均降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组不良预后总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 颊针疗法对晚期癌痛患者疼痛症状控制效果满意,减轻疼痛程度及缓解患者不良情绪,降低不良预后事件发生率。Objective To explore the application effect of cheek acupuncture therapy in relieving pain symptoms and improving prognosis of patients with advanced cancer.Methods Eighty-two patients with advanced cancer pain were selected.The pa-tients were assigned to an observation group and a control group by using random number table method,41 in each group.Both groups were treated with previous chemotherapy regimen.On this basis,the control group was treated with oral oxycodone hydrochloride sus-tained-release tablets.The observation group was increased the intervention of cheek acupuncture therapy on the scheme of the control group.Attack frequency,duration and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,psychological status estimated by Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)score and adverse prognosis were compared between groups after one month of treatment.Results The frequency and duration of pain attack,as well as the VAS,SAS,and SDS score,were all reduced in both groups after treatment,and the observation group exhibiting significantly lower values than the control group(P<0.05).Further-more,the overall incidence of adverse prognosis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of cheek acupuncture therapy in patients with advanced cancer pain is an effective method for controlling pain symptoms.It reduces the degree of pain and alleviates the adverse mood.It also reduces the incidence of adverse prog-nostic events.
