摘　　要：2024年南海局势复杂多变,南海问题依然是全球最为复杂的领土主权与海洋权益争端之一。面对新的国际形势和复杂的南海局势,为维护我国南海岛礁主权与海洋权益,为促进国家海洋事业发展,在南京大学中国南海研究协同创新中心主办的2024年度“南海论坛”上,与会专家围绕“南海维权维稳斗争的新形势与新特点”“南海维权法律战的新形势与新挑战”“南海问题与中国—东盟关系”“南海问题与中国的周边安全局势”等议题进行了深入讨论。“南海论坛”旨在为相关涉海热点问题提供高质量的研究、对话和交流平台,积极促进南海研究的发展,论坛成果对于维护中国在南海的领土主权与海洋权益,具有重大理论及现实意义。In 2024,the situation in the South China Sea area was complicated and volatile.The South China Sea issue remains one of the most complex maritime disputes in the world.In the face of the new international situation and the complex situation in the South China Sea area,in order to safeguard the territorial sovereignty and maritime rights and interests of China,and provide advice and suggestions for the development of the country's maritime program,at the 2024“South China Sea forum”hosted by the Collaborative Innovation Center for South China Sea Research at Nanjing University,the experts participated in an in-depth discussion on topics such as the new situation and new characteristics of the struggle for safeguarding rights and stability in the South China Sea area,the new situation and new challenges of legal warfare for safeguarding rights in the South China Sea,the South China Sea issue and China-ASEAN Relations,the South China Sea issue and China's peripheral security situation.The“South China Sea Forum”aims to provide a high-quality research,dialogue and exchange platform for relevant maritime issues,and actively promote the development of South China Sea research.The results of the forum are of great theoretical and practical significance for safeguarding China's territorial sovereignty and maritime rights and interests in the South China Sea.
