摘  要:立足人际传播理论视角,积极构建共通意义空间,以促进学生之间的交流与交往,加深彼此之间的了解,避免信息传递出现误差;积极促进学生制定寝室公约,以培养学生的契约精神,提升学生的独立生活能力,使学生形成集体荣誉感,更好地融入集体生活中;建议学生根据情境、时间、对象等因素,合理选择自我表露的方式;使学生学会换位思考,不断提高“移情”能力,有效化解人际交往中遇到的问题,从而形成和谐的人际关系。以上策略可帮助学生在轻松愉快的环境中成长成才,并为未来的择业、发展打下良好基础。Based on the perspective of interpersonal communication theory,actively constructing a common meaning space to promote communication and interaction among students,deepen mutual understanding,and avoid errors in information transmission;Actively promote the development of dormitory agreements among students to cultivate their contractual spirit,enhance their ability to live independently,foster a sense of collective honor,and better integrate into collective life;Suggest students to choose the appropriate way of self disclosure based on factors such as context,time,and audience;Enable students to learn how to put themselves in others'shoes,continuously improve their ability to empathize,effectively resolve problems encountered in interpersonal communication,and thus form harmonious interpersonal relationships.The above strategies can help students grow and succeed in a relaxed and pleasant environment,and lay a solid foundation for their future career choices and development.
