摘 要:目的了解儿科护士职业尊重感现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表、护士职业尊重感量表、心理韧性量表搜集湖北省内5所三级甲等医院的363名儿科护士相关资料,应用SPSS25.0软件进行数据分析。结果儿科护士职业尊重感得分为(3.72±0.43)分,心理韧性得分为(3.57±0.49)分。儿科护士职业尊重感均分与心理韧性均分及维度均分呈正相关(P<0.05)。多元回归分析显示,聘任方式、月收入、家庭支持程度、心理韧性为儿科护士职业尊重感的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论护理管理者应制订更科学的绩效考核制度,提高儿科护士的待遇,呼吁全社会给予儿科护士更多的理解与支持,并通过强化儿科护士心理韧性,激发护士对职业的尊重感,以稳定护理人力资源。Objective To understand the current status of pediatric nurses′sense of professional respect and analyze its influencing factors.Methods The data were collected from 363 pediatric nurses working in five tertiary hospitals in Hubei Province using a general information questionnaire,the Nurse Professional Respect Scale,and the Psychological Resilience Scale.The data were analyzed by SPSS25.0 software.Results The average score for pediatric nurses′sense of professional respect was(3.72±0.43),and the average score for psychological resilience was(3.57±0.49).A positive correlation was found between the average score for professional respect and the average score for psychological resilience and its dimensions(P<0.05).Multiple regression analysis revealed that employment type,monthly income,degree of family support,and psychological resilience were influencing factors for pediatric nurses′sense of professional respect(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing administrators should develop more scientific performance evaluation systems,improve the benefit s for pediatric nurses,advocate for greater understanding and support from society,and enhance pediatric nurses′psychological resilience to inspire a sense of respect for their profession,thereby stabilizing nursing human resources.
