摘　　要：癫痫是一种长期影响人体健康和功能的神经系统慢性疾病。癫痫的发生原因多种多样,了解其潜在诱因对于确定具体病因至关重要。尽管对于癫痫发作机制的探究还有限,但深入了解这方面内容仍然非常重要。本文的目的是综述突触蛋白和神经递质在癫痫发病机制中的研究进展,以提高临床医生对于癫痫早期诊断和预后评估方面的理解。Epilepsy is a chronic disease of nervous system that affects individual health and function for a long time.There are various causes of epilepsy,and it is very important to know its potential causes for determining the specific causes.Although the research on the mechanism of epileptic seizures is still limited,it is still very important to understand this aspect in depth.The purpose of this paper is to review the research progress of synaptic proteins and neurotransmitters in the pathogenesis of epilepsy in order to improve clinicians'understanding of early diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of epilepsy.
