摘　　要：《廊房防疫霍乱治验录》记录了1919年暑月,在河北廊坊霍乱疫情中,北京医家杨浩如、张菊人、孔伯华等深入疫区治疗霍乱的医案和心得。本书在承袭王孟英、陆懋修等霍乱辨治体系的基础上,进一步丰富了暑湿霍乱的辨治方法。《廊房防疫霍乱治验录》总结了霍乱的病因,以外受暑湿、内伤饮食为主;指出病机应先分寒热,热证占多数,其正局为暑湿,可夹食滞,变局则可出现转筋、暑热伤元、暑热内闭;治疗以清热、淡渗、芳化合用祛除暑湿疫邪,慎用辛温苦燥;善用花叶之品,针对吐泻主症升清降浊;食滞则宣气开机,引其降于胃腑,不必用吐;提早凉血活血以防暑邪内闭心包,但见心烦心慌即可使用。《廊房防疫霍乱治验录》完善了霍乱暑湿证的辨治体系,不仅为霍乱而设,其辨证、立法、用药的特点为暑湿治疗提供了理论和临床依据,值得深入挖掘和研究。The Record of Langfang′s Cholera Prevention and Treatment Experience documents the medical cases and insights of Beijing physicians Yang Haoru,Zhang Juren,Kong Bohua,and others who treated cholera in the summer of 1919 during an outbreak in Langfang,Hebei Province. Building upon the cholera diagnostic and therapeutic systems established by predecessors such as Wang Mengying and Lu Maoxiu,this book further enriches the methods for diagnosing and treating summer heat dampness cholera. The book summarizes the etiology of cholera,primarily attributing it to external exposure to summer heat dampness and internal injury from diet. It emphasizes that pathogenesis should first be differentiated into cold and heat types,with heat syndromes being predominant.The main pattern is characterized by summer heat dampness,which can be complicated by food stagnation;variant patterns may include muscle cramps,damage to the vital essence by summer heat,and internal closure due to summer heat. Treatment focuses on clearing heat,promoting diuresis,and using aromatic herbs to expel summer dampness and epidemic evils,while cautiously avoiding pungent,warm,bitter,and drying substances. The use of flower and leaf-based herbs is advocated to address the primary symptoms of vomiting and diarrhea by elevating clear qi and descending turbid qi. For food stagnation,promoting qi movement and facilitating its descent to the stomach is recommended without inducing emesis. Early cooling and activating blood circulation are employed to prevent internal closure of the heart envelope by summer evil,especially when signs of restlessness and palpitations appear.The Record of Langfang′s Cholera Prevention and Treatment Experience refines the diagnostic and therapeutic system for summer heat dampness cholera,not only for cholera but also providing theoretical and clinical guidance for the treatment of summer heat dampness conditions.
