摘　　要：目的研究替牙列期儿童唇向弯曲上颌中切牙牙冠与牙根生长发育的增龄变化特征,为弯曲牙的早期诊断治疗提供依据。方法回顾性研究50例唇向阻生上颌弯曲中切牙患者的锥形束CT(CBCT)影像学资料,使用Mimics Medical 21.0软件测量弯曲中切牙和同名牙牙冠长度、牙根长度,弯曲的角度、唇向翻转的角度等数据,进行统计学分析。结果儿童唇向阻生上颌弯曲中切牙的牙冠长度、牙根长度和对侧同名牙的牙冠长度、牙根长度有显著性差异(P<0.001),弯曲牙牙根的长度明显短于对侧同名牙牙根的长度。皮尔逊相关性分析显示唇向阻生上颌弯曲中切牙患者的年龄与弯曲角度呈显著正相关性,年龄越大,弯曲程度越严重。结论唇向阻生上颌弯曲中切牙应该尽早治疗,以减少患牙的弯曲角度,解除骨皮质对患牙牙根发育的限制。Objective To investigate the age-related changes in the growth and development of crown and root of labial impacted maxillary curved central incisors in mixed dentition.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on CBCT images of 50 patients with labial impacted maxillary curved central incisors.The Mimics Medical 21.0 software was used to measure the crown length,root length,the dilaceration angle,the inverse angle and the homonym teeth.Results There were significant differences(P<0.001)in the crown lengths,the root lengths of the curved teeth and the homonym teeth,indicating that the root length of the curved teeth was significantly shorter than that of the homonym teeth.Pearson correlation analysis showed a significant positive correlation between age and the degree of curvature,indicating that the older the patient,the more severe the degree of curvature.Conclusions Labial impacted maxillary curved central incisors should be treated as early as possible to reduce the dilaceration angle,to relieve the limitations of bone cortex on the root development of affected teeth.CBCT technology can provide important reference value for the diagnosis and treatment of these patients.
