摘　　要：介绍梁宝仪主任运用培土抑湿中医综合疗法治疗小儿不完全性肠梗阻的临床疗效。梁宝仪主任认为,小儿不完全性肠梗阻的发生责之于脾虚湿滞之质,而脾气虚弱,内湿壅滞,则易招致胃热食积、肺寒外感、肝郁气滞之祸因,两者相互融合交织衍生肠乱之机而罹患本病。治疗上采用培土抑湿中医综合疗法,内服以培土抑湿方药,即以培土抑湿宁肠方为基础方,结合湿热内阻型、寒湿内蕴型、风湿内扰型辨证化裁;配以培土抑湿火龙罐走通疗法,内外兼治,解肠乱而除梗阻。To introduce the clinical effect of Director LIANG Baoyi in treating incomplete intestinal obstruction in children with Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy of banking up earth and repressing dampness.Director LIANG believes that the onset of incomplete intestinal obstruction in children is caused by the constitution of spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation.Spleen qi deficiency and internal dampness stagnation are likely to bring in pathogenic factors of stomach heat and indigestion,lung cold and external contraction,and liver constraint and qi stagnation.Their blending can lead to intestinal function disorder and thus make someone suffer from this disease.In terms of treatment,Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy of banking up earth and repressing dampness is applied and the oral administration of prescriptions for banking up earth and repressing dampness is given,that is,the Peitu Yishi Ningchang Prescription as the basic prescription is modified based on the syndrome differentiation of internal obstruction of damp-heat type,internal accumulation of cold-damp type and wind-damp disturbance type.With fiery dragon cupping therapy of banking up earth and repressing dampness and both the interior and the exterior are treated so that the intestinal function disorder is relieved and the intestinal obstruction is removed.
