摘 要:座椅头枕行车时抖动,显著降低用户体验,影响用户购车意愿,现行评价难以反映座椅头枕抖动的实际水平。文章识别主观评价的影响因素并加以规范,同时针对抖动加速度测试,从传感器选型、粘贴、测量及信号处理等步骤方面,规范试验过程;应用试验设计(DOE)方法筛选影响抖动的关键因子,基于DOE结果的相关性分析,证明主、客观评价的一致性和有效性;并建立主、客观评价指标回归方程,制定头枕抖动的加速度标准值,指导座椅头枕抖动验收评价。The seat headrest shakes when driving,which significantly reduces the user experience and affects the user's willingness to buy a car.The current evaluation is difficult to reflect the actual level of seat headrest shake.This paper identifies the influencing factors of subjective evaluation and standardizes them.At the same time,for the shake acceleration test,the test process is standardized from the aspects of sensor selection,pasting,measurement and signal processing;the key factors affecting shake are screened by design of experiment(DOE)method,and the consistency and effectiveness of subjective and objective evaluation are proved based on the correlation analysis of DOE results,and the regression equation of subjective and objective evaluation indicators is established,formulate the acceleration standard value of headrest shake to guide the acceptance evaluation of seat headrest shake.
