赖清德执政以来的美台关系刍议

摘　　要：赖清德上台以来基本延用蔡英文当局的对美政策班底,以“和平四大支柱行动方案”为幌子,加速对美“一边倒”及倚美谋“独”。台美频繁开展政治交往、加快进行军事勾连、持续强化经贸合作、合谋扩大台“国际空间”以及着力深化“地方”合作。台美互动看似络绎不绝,光鲜亮丽,实则笼罩在“疑赖论”与“疑美论”的双重阴影下,从而限制了美台关系取得更大范围的实质性突破。随着特朗普在2024年11月的美国大选中胜出,美台关系面临新的变数与不确定性,包括特朗普的交易型思维、特朗普团队的人事组成及赖清德当局的“台独”冲动。但无论台美未来如何勾连,美国必须恪守一个中国原则,台湾问题这条红线不容挑战。赖清德当局终究只是美国的棋子,倚美谋“独”必然失败。Since Lai Ching-te took office,he has largely adhered to Tsai Ing-wen authorities' policies regarding the U.S.under the guise of the "Four Pillars of Peace Plan",accelerated the lopsided stance towards the U.S.and solicited U.S.'s support to push for "Taiwan independence".The U.S.and the Taiwan region have frequently engaged in political exchanges,accelerated military collusion,and continuously strengthened economic and trade cooperation.They have also conspired to expand Taiwan's "international space" and focused on deepening "localized" cooperation.The interactions between the U.S.and the Taiwan region seem continuous and glamorous on the surface but are overshadowed by"Doubting Lai" and "Doubting the U.S.",thus limiting more substantial breakthroughs in U.S.-Taiwan relations on a broader scale.WithDonald Trump's victory in the 2024 U.S.election,the U.S.-Taiwan relationship faces new variables and uncertainties,including Trump's transactional approach,the composition of Trump' s team,and the Lai Ching-te authorities' impulse for "Taiwan independence".However,no matter how the U.S.and the Taiwan region collude in the future,the U.S.must abide by the "One-China Principle".This red line of the Taiwan question must not be challenged.Ultimately,the Lai Ching-te authoritiesare merely pawn in the hands of theU.S.,and soliciting the U.S.'s support to push for "Taiwan independence" is doomed to failure.
