摘　　要：黏膜相关恒定T(mucosal-associated invarint T,MAIT)细胞是继自然杀伤T(natural killer T,NKT)细胞、γ-δ(γδ)T细胞以后发现的第3个发育高度保守的先天的非传统T细胞,在人体一些组织特别是黏膜组织中含量丰富,主要参与病原体的识别和反应,在保持上皮和黏膜的完整性并防止细菌入侵和病毒感染中发挥着重要作用。本文将综述MAIT细胞参与的免疫反应及其在胃疾病中的研究进展,并探讨MAIT细胞在不同胃疾病中发挥的免疫效应及可能的致病机制。Mucosal associated invarint T(MAIT)cells are highly conserved and innate unconventional T cells thirdly discovered after natural killer T(NKT)cells andγ-δ(γδ)T cells.They are abundant in humans,particularly mucosal tissues.They play an important role in the recognition and response of pathogens,maintaining the integrity of epithelium and mucosa and preventing bacterial invasion and viral infection.In this review,we focused on how MAIT cells participate in immune responses and the research progress of them in gastric diseases.Additionly,the immune effects and possible pathogenic mechanisms of MAIT cells in different gastric diseases were also discussed.
