摘　　要：本文报道1例回肠广泛性肠气囊肿症致肠扭转诊疗情况,并作近年文献回顾,以提高对本疾病的认识,为临床决策提供经验性参考。This article reported the diagnosis and treatment of volvulus caused by extensive ileum pneumatosis cystoides intestinalis and reviewed the literature in recent years,in order to improve the understanding of this disease and provide empirical reference for clinical decision.
