阿克苏市中老年城乡居民口腔健康知识和口腔健康行为的现状和影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析阿克苏市中老年城乡居民口腔健康知识和口腔健康行为的影响因素。方法于2020年1月、2021年1月、2022年1月,前后三次前往阿克苏市地区,采用分层多阶段整群随机抽样方法,抽取阿克苏市2个县,每个县抽取3个乡镇,共计抽取6个乡镇,纳入每个乡镇符合条件的中老年城乡居民150名,实际共抽取900名中老年城乡居民进行调查;利用自制口腔健康知识、行为问卷进行现场问卷调查,经线性回归分析阿克苏市中老年城乡居民口腔健康知识、口腔健康行为的影响因素。结果900名中老年城乡居民经评估,口腔健康知识评分平均为(10.34±2.98)分;口腔健康行为评分平均为(42.25±6.39)分。不同文化程度、家庭月收入、合并基础病种类、社会支持资料的阿克苏市中老年城乡居民口腔健康知识、行为评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其他不同资料的中老年城乡居民口腔健康知识、行为评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。经线性回归分析,结果显示,文化程度为小学及以下、家庭月均收入<2000元、合并基础病种类≥2种、社会支持低水平均为中老年城乡居民口腔健康知识、行为的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论阿克苏市中老年城乡居民口腔健康知识和口腔健康行为不乐观,可能受文化程度、家庭经济、社会支持及合并基础疾病种类等因素影响。Objective To observe the current situation of oral health knowledge and oral health behavior of middle-aged and rural residents in Aksu city and analyze the influencing factors.Methods In January 2020,January 2021 and January 2022,multi-stage cluster random sampling,2 counties in each county,6 townships,150 eligible urban and rural residents in each town,900 middle-aged and old urban and rural residents,using self-made oral health knowledge and behavior questionnaire,including oral health knowledge and oral health behavior of middle-aged and elderly residents by linear regression.Results For 900 middle-aged and rural residents was(10.34±2.98);the oral health behavior score was(42.25±6.39).Comparison of oral health knowledge and behavior scores of mid⁃dle-aged and elderly urban and rural residents with different cultural level,monthly family income,combined basic diseases and social support data(P<0.05);comparison of oral health knowledge and behavior scores of middle-aged and elderly urban and rural residents with different data showed no statistical difference(P>0.05).After linear regression analysis,the results showed that the education level was primary school or below,the average monthly family income of<2000 yuan,two types of basic diseases,and the low level of social support were all factors affecting the oral health knowledge and behavior of middle-aged and elderly urban and rural residents(P<0.05).Conclusion The current situation of oral health knowledge and oral health behavior of middle-aged and elderly urban and rural residents in Aksu city is not optimistic,which may be affected by factors such as educational level,family economy,social support and combined types of basic diseases.
