摘　　要：目的探讨散光白内障治疗中散光型人工晶状体植入术(Intraocular lens,IOL)+超声乳化白内障摘除术(Phacoemulsification cataract extraction,Phaco)对患者视觉质量、生活质量的影响。方法选取2022年3月至2023年3月本院散光白内障患者80例,按随机数表法分组,观察组(散光型IOL+Phaco治疗)与对照组(非球面IOL+Phaco治疗)各40例。对比两组视觉质量、并发症情况及生活质量。结果治疗前,两组患者的远视力及散光情况之间的差异均不显著(P>0.05)。治疗1、3个月后,观察组的远视力质量均高于对照组,散光情况均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后3个月的视觉质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的并发症发生率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组的并发症发生率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论散光型IOL+Phaco治疗可显著提升散光白内障患者的远视力及视觉质量,降低总散光程度,安全性较高,可促进其生活质量的改善。Objective To investigate the effect of astigmatic intraocular lens implantation(IOL)+phacoemulsification cataract extraction(phaco)on the visual quality and quality of life of patients with astigmatic cataract.Methods 80 patients with astigmatic cataract in our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(astigmatic IOL+phaco treatment)and control group(aspheric IOL+phaco treatment),40 cases in each group.The visual quality,complications and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in far vision and astigmatism between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 and 3 months of treatment,the distant vision quality of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the astigmatism was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The visual quality of the observation group was higher than that of the control group 3 months after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of astigmatic IOL+phaco can significantly improve the distant vision and visual quality of astigmatic cataract patients,reduce the degree of total astigmatism,has high safety,and can promote the improvement of their quality of life.
