摘 要:以某钢厂120 t转炉为研究对象,建立二次燃烧氧枪枪头三维数学模型,采用数值模拟计算的方法对单流道二次燃烧氧枪溅渣过程的氮气射流特性进行研究,考察了不同的副孔直径、副孔倾角和副孔高度对氮气射流的影响规律。研究表明:随着副孔直径的增加,主孔和副孔的射流核心段轴向长度均逐渐增大,射流的径向宽度亦逐渐增大,且溅渣枪位下的主孔射流速度先增大后减小;随着副孔倾角的增加,主孔射流核心段轴向长度逐渐减少,溅渣枪位下射流面积逐渐增大,30°为溅渣合理的的副孔倾角;随着副孔高度的增加,主孔射流核心段轴向长度呈先增大后减小的趋势,且溅渣枪位下,75 mm的副孔高度有最大的主孔射流速度,其溅渣效果最佳。A three-dimensional mathematical model in a 120 t converter was established.The characteristics of nitrogen jet during the slag splashing process of single-flow post-combustion oxygen lance were studied through numerical simulation,and the effects of different secondary hole diameters,secondary hole angles and secondary hole heights on the nitrogen jet were investigated.The results show that,with the increase of the diameter of the secondary hole,the axial length of the jet core section increases for both the primary and secondary holes,the radial width of the jet increases gradually,and the main hole jet velocity under the slag-splashing lance position first increases and then decreases.When the angle of the secondary hole raises,the axial length of the core section of the main hole jet decreases,the jet area increases at the position of slag-splashing lance,and 30°is a reasonable secondary hole angles for slag splashing.With the improve of the secondary hole height,the axial length of the core section of the main hole jet tends to increase and then decrease.75 mm secondary hole height has the maximum main hole jet velocity under the slag splashing lance position,and its slag-splashing effect is the best.
