A Study on Chinese Academic Writing Anxiety of Young Japanese Teachers Returning from Overseas:Viewed from the Personal Attitude Construct

摘  要:近年来,大量在日本取得博士学位的青年学者回到国内高校日语专业任教。据观察,这些教师很容易在回国初期的科研工作中产生焦虑心理。对此,本文以5类不同专业方向的5名留学归国青年日语教师为研究对象,使用PAC分析法调查了汉语学术写作焦虑的种类、特征及产生原因。调查发现,5名教师的汉语学术写作焦虑涉及写作至投稿全程,在学术论文的语体特征掌握、研究选题设定、专业术语使用上有着普遍的焦虑体验,对投稿刊物选择、论文录用情况、退稿论文修改也具有明显的焦虑情绪。其中当前高校科研评价制度与日语学科教师发文平台受限是致使青年教师感到焦虑的主要外部因素;另外,留学日本导致缺乏学术汉语和汉语术语知识,也造成对国内相关领域的学术动态、研究范式、期刊杂志等缺少了解,这一学术经历则是焦虑产生的主要个人因素。最后提出了建议,以期为该群体的专业发展提供参考。In recent years,a large number of young scholars who have obtained doctoral degrees in Japan have returned to teaching in Japanese majors in Chinese universities.It has been observed that these teachers are prone to anxiety in their research at the beginning of their return to China.To better understand this phenomenon,this study takes five young Japanese teachers who have returned from studying abroad in five different majors as research objects,and uses the Personal Attitude Construct to investigate the types,characteristics and causes of Chinese academic writing anxiety.According to the research,Chinese academic writing anxiety arises throughout the entire process from writing to submission.They typically experience anxiety in grasping the stylistic characteristics of academic papers,choosing research topics,and using professional terminologies.They also experience anxiety in the selection of journals for submission,the acceptance of papers,and the revision of rejected papers.The current research evaluation system in universities and the limited platforms for Japanese teachers to publish papers are the main external factors that have caused young teachers to feel anxious.Studying in Japan leads to a lack of knowledge in academic Chinese and Chinese terminology,and a lack of understanding of academic trends,research paradigms,journals and magazines in related fields in China.This academic experience is the main personal factor causing anxiety.This study puts forward suggestions for the professional development of this group.
