摘　　要：暴露性角膜炎是眼睑闭合不完全和泪膜缺陷,导致一系列严重角膜损伤的疾病。患者早期症状以眼部不适和疼痛为主,如未得到及时的治疗易导致不可逆的视力障碍,严重影响患者的生活质量和身心健康。本文就暴露性角膜炎的影响因素和治疗方法进行总结,以提高医护工作者的警惕性和患者的自我防护意识及治疗依从性,进而降低此疾病的发生率,为临床制定安全、有效的治疗方案提供参考。Exposure keratopathy is a clinical syndrome characterized by incomplete closure of the eyelids and tear film defects and may result in a series of severe corneal injuries.Patients mainly have the early symptoms of eye discomfort and pain,which may lead to irreversible visual impairment without timely treatment and thus seriously affect the quality of life and physical and mental health of patients.This article summarizes the influencing factors and treatment methods for exposure keratopathy,in order to improve the vigilance of healthcare workers and the awareness of self-protection and treatment compliance among patients,reduce the incidence rate of the disease,and provide reference for developing safe and effective treatment regimens in clinical practice.
