术中冰冻切片法对甲状腺癌诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨术中冰冻切片法对甲状腺癌的诊断价值。方法 非随机选取2021年8月-2023年7月自贡市第三人民医院收治的104例甲状腺肿瘤患者为研究对象。术中取活检组织行冰冻切片病理检查,术后予石蜡切片检查。以术后石蜡切片检查的结果为金标准,分析术中冰冻检查结果与石蜡切片检查结果的一致性,绘制ROC曲线分析术中冰冻切片对甲状腺癌的诊断价值。结果 石蜡切片检出良性70例,恶性34例。术中冰冻切片的准确度为92.31%(96/104),灵敏度为76.47%(26/34),特异度为100%(70/70),Kappa为0.814,AUC为0.882,约登指数为0.765。结论 术中冰冻切片法对甲状腺癌具有较好的诊断价值。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of intraoperative frozen section method for thyroid cancer.Methods Atotal of 104 patients with thyroid tumors admitted to The Third People's Hospital of Zigong City from August 2021 to July 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study subjects.Biopsies were taken intraoperatively for frozen section pathologic examination,and paraffin sections were given for postoperative examination.The results of postoperative paraffin section examination were used as the gold standard to analyze the consistency between intraopera⁃tive frozen examination results and paraffin section examination results,and ROC curves were drawn to analyze the diagnostic value of intraoperative frozen section forthyroid cancer.Results Paraffin sections detected 70 benign and 34 malignant cases.The accuracy of intraoperative frozen sections was 92.31%(96/104),the sensitivity was 76.47%(26/34),the specificity was 100%(70/70),Kappa was 0.814,the AUC was 0.882,and the Yoden index was 0.765.Conclusion Intraoperative frozen section method has good diagnostic value for thyroid cancer.
