“五育”并举视域下新时代高校发展型资助育人的价值意蕴、逻辑指向与路径建构——以西安电子科技大学发展型资助育人为例

摘　　要：发展型资助育人是促进学生德智体美劳全面发展的重要途径。在新时代开展资助育人工作,要充分认识发展型资助育人在促进学生全面发展、适应资助育人工作变化、推动资助育人工作高质量发展方面的价值意蕴,深刻理解和把握当前发展型资助育人的现实境遇,从而在“五育”并举理念下,构建基于“资助+五育”的发展型资助育人工作体系,服务于“家庭经济困难”“学习与发展困难”“身心健康管理困难”“就业困难”等学生的全面发展需要,统筹推进对家庭经济困难学生的“经济资助”和“能力帮助”,力求更好地达成“扶困”与“扶智”“扶志”的育人效果。Development-oriented student aid and education is a crucial approach to promoting the comprehensive development of students with the moral grounding,intellectual ability,physical vigor,aesthetic sensibility,and work skills.In the new era,the implementation of student aid and education work requires a comprehensive understanding of its value in promoting the all-round development of students,adapting to the changes of the work and upgrading high-quality development of the student aid work.It is also essential to fully understand the current situation of development-oriented student aid and education.Therefore,under the guidance of the“All-round Education”,a development-oriented student aid and education system based on“Aid plus All-round Educations”should be established to meet the comprehensive development needs of students facing difficulties in financial hardship,learning and development,mental and physical health management,and employment.This system aims to coordinate“financial aid”and“capacity support”for financially challenged students,striving to achieve the educational goals of“assisting the needy”,“inspiring wisdom”and“cultivating aspirations”.
