摘　　要：文章对电压型逆变器功率器件的开路故障特性进行了深入分析和仿真研究。首先,阐述了逆变器工作原理及开路故障对输出的影响。随后,在Simulink中构建逆变器仿真模型,模拟了正常及多种开路故障情况,观察并记录逆变器输出电流波形变化。仿真揭示了不同故障对三相电流波形的显著影响,为快速诊断故障类型提供了依据。最后,探讨了通过电流波形确定故障类型与位置的方法,对提升逆变器可靠性具有重要意义。This article conducts in-depth analysis and simulation research on the open-circuit fault characteristics of power devices in voltage source inverters.Firstly,it elaborates on the working principle of the inverter and the impact of open-circuit faults on the output.Subsequently,an inverter simulation model is constructed in Simulink to simulate normal and various open-circuit fault conditions,and the changes in the inverter output current waveforms are observed and recorded.The simulation reveals the significant influence of different faults on the three-phase current waveforms,providing a basis for quickly diagnosing the types of faults.Finally,the methods for determining the types and locations of faults through current waveforms are discussed,which is of great significance for improving the reliability of inverters.
