摘　　要：生物分离工程是生物工程学的重要组成部分,是生物工程专业的一门重要专业基础课。通过该课程的学习,使学生掌握生化分离过程的一般工艺流程,以及在某个分离阶段常用的仪器设备、方法和技术等。根据课程特点和内容,通过修订教学大纲、创新教学方法、完善教学模式、开发第二课堂等方式构建“四位一体,配套联动”的思政元素融入路径,遵循多元化教学评价原则对课程思政教学效果进行科学评价,最终构建生物分离工程课程思政教学实践改革方案。研究成果可为生物工程专业相关课程的思政教学改革提供参考。Bioseparation engineering is an important component of biotechnology and a fundamental course in the field of biotechnology.Through the study of this course,students will familiar with the general process flow of biochemical separation,as well as the commonly used instruments,equipment,methods,and techniques in a certain separation stage.By revising the teaching syllabus,innovating teaching methods,improving teaching models,and developing second classrooms,a path of integrating ideological and political elements of“four in one,supporting linkage”is constructed,and the effectiveness of ideological and political teaching in the course is scientifically evaluated following the principle of diversified teaching evaluation,and finally a reform plan for ideological and political teaching practice in the course of bioseparation engineering is constructed.The results of this study can provide reference for the reform of ideological and political education in bioengineering related courses.
