摘　　要：扩展青霉脂肪酶是一种既可催化脂肪水解又可催化酯类合成的生物催化剂。本文对扩展青霉脂肪酶进行了全面概述,探讨其在洗涤剂、生物能源、医药与鲐鱼脱脂等多个领域的应用,及其在应用过程中面临的挑战与解决方案,并对未来的发展趋势进行了展望,旨在为扩展青霉脂肪酶的相关研究提供参考。Penicillium expansum lipase is a biocatalyst that catalyzes both fat hydrolysis and ester synthesis.In this paper,we provide a comprehensive overview of Penicillium expansum lipase,discuss its application in various fields such as detergents,bioenergy,medicine and mackerel defatting,as well as the challenges and solutions in its application,and look forward to the future development trend,aiming to provide a reference for the expansion of Penicillium expansum lipase.
