摘　　要：心理紊乱状态辨治过程是中医“形与神俱”思想指导下的辨治思维模式,是对实操性更强的“本土化”心理学的探索。文章在《黄帝内经》中五行人理论的论述基础上,结合临床经验,分析归纳火形人的体质与心理特征,解释火形人易出现的心理紊乱状态,认为烦躁焦虑状态和精神萎靡状态是火形人最易出现的2种异常心理状态。笔者以“系统辨证脉学”探视其心理躯体一体的疾病过程,总结并归纳2种心理状态的临证表现与治疗原则,并列举2则典型案例,对于临床心理躯体一体的疾病治疗具有指导意义。The process of identifying and treating psychological disorders is a mode of thinking guided by the idea of “harmony of body and spirit” in traditional Chinese medicine, which is a more practical exploration of “localized” psychology. Based on the theories of the five elements in Huangdi Neijing, the article analyzed and summarized the physical and psychological characteristics of fire-element people based on clinical experience, and explained the psychological disorders that fire-formed people are prone to, considering that irritability and anxiety and depression are the two most abnormal psychological states of fire-element people. The author used the “systematic sphygmology for syndrome differentiation” to explore his psychosomatic disease process, summarized the clinical evidence and treatment principles of the two psychological states, and cited two typical cases, which are of guidance for the clinical treatment of psychosomatic diseases.
